Parish Administrator post based at SJCC, part time 16-20 hours weekday over 4/5 mornings with flexibility.

Working in a team in a varied role, assisting the Rector, ministry team and parish officers to ensure the smooth running of the office. Duties include preparing for weekly services and events; dealing with enquiries, site facilities administration; planning and support of weddings, baptisms and funerals; financial records and other duties.

Working flexibly to manage priorities, interpersonal and good administrative skills are very important. Good IT skills required/essential.
